I was expecting better for the price. It feels kind of cheap, and when I reached out about it, I was hoping for a faster response. Overall, just a bit disappointing.

It showed up quicker than I expected. Seems like everything ships faster these days, but this one really got here fast.

I ordered a shirt and a pair of pants, and they both looked nice enough, but the fit was a bit weird on me. The shirt was tighter around the shoulders than I expected, and the pants were a little too long. Not a huge deal, but I do wish the size chart had been more accurate. I’d probably order again, but I’d size up next time

The clothes were okay overall, but one of the shirts didn’t fit me right, so I had to send it back. The return did go through and I eventually got my refund, but it felt like the process worked when it wanted to. It took more days than I expected, and customer service did reply, just not very quickly. Not the worst experience, but I definitely wish the return process was smoother

I really wanted to like these, but the designs felt kind of outdated once I saw them in person. The fits looked awkward in photos too, and you can just tell when something doesn’t sit right. Overall, they came off cheaper than I expected.

I bought a shirt from coofandy.com and the fabric wasnt comfortable at all. It felt scratchy on my skin and kind of stiff, even after I washed it. I couldnt wear it for more than an hour before wanting to take it off. It looks fine in photos, but the comfort just isnt there. Disappointed tbh.

I ordered two shirts from Coofandy and somehow both of them were wrong. One showed up in a completely different color, and the other was a size I never selected. I just sat there wondering how both items in one order could be messed up.
I went back and checked my confirmation email, and it clearly showed the color and size I actually ordered, so this definitely wasn’t on me. It was especially annoying because I needed the shirts for a trip, and now I had to waste time and energy figuring out replacements when I should’ve been packing.
Customer service also took way too long to get back to me, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. I don’t mind fixing a small issue, but this felt like such an unnecessary hassle. I wouldn’t order from them again
